We want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish new clothes. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item.

Exchange and Return:

• We accept return and exchange within 3 days of your purchase date.
• Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• For exchange if customer received wrong order like wrong size or wrong color then we will exchange it in free within 3 days, but in case if customer want to change size color or design or customer did not like the item and want to exchange with any other item then for exchange customer have to pay exchange delivery charges which is AED 20.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed as a gift voucher for your next purchase, within 3 business days.
• Gift voucher validity will be for 30 days, from the date of issuance.
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, we will issue a gift voucher for the product cost after deducting Standard Return Shipping Charges which is 20 AED for normal delivery and 35 AED for express delivery.

Exceptions:

• Discounted items or items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We recommend checking the product page for any restrictions before your purchase.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have tags removed.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@skandaaz.com or by WhatsApp.
• We will provide you with the date on when the courier company will come to pick up the item.
• After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
• Shipping charge will be paid by the customer.
