Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish new clothes. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item.

Exchange and Return

• We accept return and exchange within 3 days of your purchase date.
• Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• For exchanges due to wrong size or color received, we will exchange it free of charge within 3 days.
• If the customer wants to change size, color, design, or exchange an item they don’t like, exchange delivery charges of AED 20 will apply.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed as a gift voucher for your next purchase within 3 business days.
• Gift voucher validity will be 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We will issue a gift voucher for the product cost after deducting Standard Return Shipping Charges: AED 20 for normal delivery and AED 35 for express delivery.

Exceptions

• Discounted items or items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Check the product page for restrictions before purchase.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have tags removed.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@skandaaz.com or via WhatsApp.
• We will provide the date when the courier will pick up the item.
• Package the item(s) in their original packing before return.
• Shipping charges will be paid by the customer (unless due to our error).
